The fine print, up front
How page counting works
Only pages with transactions
Statements arrive with cover pages, terms and conditions, marketing inserts and blank backs. Several converters count all of them. We count a page when it produces at least one transaction, and not otherwise.
No cap per document
A plan capped at 15 pages per document fails on the first real business statement, which usually runs 10 to 20 pages. There is no per-document limit here — only the monthly allowance.
Page packs for busy months
Slide a plan to the volume you need, and if a month still runs over, add a page pack — $0.06 to $0.08 a page, paid once. Pack pages are used after the month’s plan pages and never expire, so a quiet month does not waste them.

Pricing questions
How much does the bank statement converter cost?
Starter starts at $15 a month for 300 pages, Professional at $39 for 900 and Business at $99 for 2,500. Each plan has a slider for more pages a month — Business goes up to 10,000 for $349. Paying annually costs ten months for twelve.
What counts as a page?
A page counts when it produces at least one transaction. Cover pages, terms and conditions, marketing inserts and blank backs are never counted, and there is no limit on how many pages a single statement can have.
What happens if I go over my monthly pages?
Conversion pauses until next month, and you can carry on straight away with a page pack from Billing: 100 pages for $8, 500 pages for $35, 1,000 pages for $60. Pack pages never expire. If you go over every month, sliding your plan to a bigger volume is cheaper.
Which formats are on which plan?
Starter exports CSV, Excel, QBO, QFX, OFX and QIF. Professional and Business add IIF for QuickBooks Desktop and Tally XML. Every plan includes the full reconciliation checks and the link from each row to its source line.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Payments are handled by Paddle, and changing or cancelling your subscription is done from the link in your Paddle receipt email.
Do you offer refunds?
You can request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, for the share of that period’s page allowance you have not used. The refund policy has the details.
Who appears on my invoice?
Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. It is the seller on the transaction, handles card details end to end and issues the invoice.
Is there a plan for several people?
Every plan includes seats: 2 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Professional and 25 on Business, the owner included. You choose each person’s role — what they can view, upload, edit, download, send or delete — and which clients they can see. Pages are shared across the workspace.
How do I compare this with other converters?
Divide each tool’s monthly price by the pages it includes, at your own monthly page count. Tools in this category price per page, per statement or as flat unlimited plans, so headline prices are not comparable on their own.
